The identification of this spider was derived from a paper by Dr. R. Raven, Senior Arachnologist, Queensland Museum.

It is rather different in appearance when compared with most other Australian corinnids. In addition, it is not often seen by the general public because it is mainly restricted to semi-desert parts of Queensland, NSW, South Australia and Western Australia.

Known Range: Mainly in semi-desert parts of Queensland, NSW, SA and WA.

Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: Some members of several spider families.
