The photo above shows the spider with a blue tint that is not the normal colour when this spider is viewed in daylight conditions. A more realistic colour is
a dark reddish or chocolate colour to almost black.
Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: This spider is very difficult to recognize except by mygalomorph experts. It has the same general appearance as a
variety of other members of the Family Nemesiidae and some other mygalomorphs.
