Neosparassus species

female: at least 15 mm
male: slightly smaller than female
Note: Most specimens found by accident will probably be immature
Habitat:
This spider mostly rests on or under green leaves in eucalypt forests but is sometimes found in a retreat made from a green leaf
Toxicity:
Uncertain; may cause mild illness or local pain and inflammation

It appears that there may be several huntsman species that are greenish in colour but otherwise resemble the more common Neosparassus species in overall appearance.
