Distinguishing characteristics of this species are its overall body shape, which is also typical of many Lehtinelagia species, its colour scheme and especially the dimpled appearance of its upper abdominal surfaces.

Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: Some Lehtinelagia species, although most members of this genus are green.
